Return Policy

• To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging and invoice number, and the return must be initiated within 10 days of delivery confirmation.
• Refunds are issued after the item is received and inspected.
• After 30 days, only exchanges or store credit are offered.
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, taxes, and handling fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If ArmCandyMtl sends the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
• Custom/Special orders require a 30% deposit and are final sale, non-refundable.

Repair Policy

• If your ArmCandyMtl jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will repair or replace it free of charge, subject to supplier availability.
• The warranty does not cover damages from improper care, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
